A list of protected pages on Wikivoyage can be found on Special:ProtectedPages.
A fully protected page can be edited only by administrators (including global sysops and stewards). Semi-protected pages can be edited by any autoconfirmed user, but not anonymous or newly registered users. Template editor protected pages lie in between the two and can only be edited by template editors and sysops.
