Malilipot is a municipality in the province of Albay. The town is alongside Legazpi-Tiwi coastal road.
Understand
[edit]The name Malilipot comes from the Bikol word malipot which means cold. Located at the east coast of the province, it has two mountains — Mount Bulakawan and Mount Toktokan that protect the entire town against the dangerous eruption of Mayon Volcano. Barangay San Roque is the only vulnerable place in town.
