Sinait is a town in Ilocos Sur. Situated at the boundary with Ilocos Norte province, it is a pilgrimage spot for one of the most venerated images of the Jesus Christ in the Ilocos Region.

Sinait is one of the oldest settlements in Ilocos Sur, having been founded by the Spanish in 1572. It is also the site of the only Roman Catholic basilica in Ilocos Sur, featuring the Santo Cristo Milagoso, an image of the crucified Jesus Christ that was believed to have originated from Japan and was found washed up in the town's shores.

Sinait is along Route 2 (Manila North Road). Buses also ply this highway, with some bus companies operating limited direct services from Metro Manila.

Tricycles are the main form of transportation in town, particularly as downtown Sinait is further inland from the coast.
