"Plum rain season"
[edit]This phrase is used in the "Climate" subsection. First, that entire subsection reads as if it were copied and pasted from some other site, which is not OK to do per Wikivoyage:Copyleft and the penalty Google gives to copied content in articles even when it's Creative Commons-licensed and properly credited, but secondly, can we please use expressions people who are not weather experts would understand? I have no idea what a "plum rain" would be, and I'm a native speaker of English. Ikan Kekek (talk) 17:57, 13 October 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you very much for your comment and helpful feedback. I’m sorry for the late reply — I just saw your message today. I’ve revised the “Climate” section to make it more concise and natural, and replaced “plum rain season” with “a rainy period” to make it clearer for general readers. Please let me know if any further adjustments are needed. Xuan6699 (talk) 06:06, 3 November 2025 (UTC)

[edit]The article would be more appealing with more photos, maps, and tourist route maps. It's suggested to include a few featured photos in the See section. For dining options, please add information on whether cash is accepted and the convenience of transportation. ZixuanHE (talk) 15:09, 30 October 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for the suggestion. I have made the requested changes. Xuan6699 (talk) 12:02, 13 December 2025 (UTC)

- @Xuan6699: It looks excellent! However, please check your formatting of parentheses. The ones that you should be using are () and likewise for commas you should use ,
- I have fixed some of them for you, but there remain some parentheses in Jingzhou#Eat that need fixing. --Comment by Selfie City (talk) (contributions) 14:24, 12 December 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you very much for your detailed review and for pointing out the formatting issues. I have reviewed the article and corrected the remaining parentheses and comma usage accordingly. Xuan6699 (talk) 11:55, 13 December 2025 (UTC)
As your assignment page says: "In South Korea and China articles, we always use the 24-hour clock (09:00-18:00), not the 12-hour clock (9AM-5PM)."
I understand that the rules for capitalization in English are weird, but you seem to have a problem with capitalization. You should review the rules that you have learned before. In a sentence, or in a section header in Wikivoyage:
- capitalize the first word, and
- any proper names (the names of people, places, businesses, institutions....)
Everything else should be lower case. See Wikivoyage:Section headers. Ground Zero (talk) 14:47, 12 December 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you very much for your explanation and guidance. I have reviewed the article and made corrections to the time format and capitalization according to Wikivoyage guidelines. Please let me know if there are any remaining issues. Xuan6699 (talk) 11:59, 13 December 2025 (UTC)
