Wrong formatting and wrong spelling
[edit]Please correct phone numbers you specify as "02 xxx..." to "+82 2 xxx..." (and not "+82 02 xxx..."). Also correct spelling of "Cafe" should be "Café" and "Souffle" should be "Soufflé". FredTC (talk) 06:46, 1 December 2025 (UTC)
- All right, thank you for your comments. Hayoung1 (talk) 05:42, 8 December 2025 (UTC)
Don't tout
[edit]Passages like this should never be used on this site: "It is a perfect atmosphere for dinners or gatherings with friends." Never use "perfect" in the first place, but make sure to just describe the restaurant and not market it. And make sure to read Wikivoyage:Don't tout for guidelines and look at Wikivoyage:Words to avoid. Thanks. Ikan Kekek (talk) 17:17, 3 December 2025 (UTC)

- Please fix these edits accordingly! While you are at it, make sure you are using capitalization correctly in addresses. I can't imagine "anyangsi dongangu gwanyangro 247-14" in all lowercase is correct for an address. Ikan Kekek (talk) 08:30, 14 December 2025 (UTC)
- @Hayoung1:. I have removed these edits because you made the same mistakes that Ikan Kekek told you about.
- You must use capital letters for proper nouns.
- As your assignment page says: "Common error to avoid: you should add an address (street, building number, etc.) to your listing but do not repeat the city name. For example, if your listing is in Ansan, the address does not need to contain the city name." That also means you do not include the province and country name. All of the listings in Anyang are going to be in Anyang-si, so we do not repeat that information.
- Please read Wikivoyage:Don't tout for again.
- Thank you. Ground Zero (talk) 08:53, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- I see.
- But I didn't promote the place. I took and used other people's stories as they were.
- Thank you for your comments. Hayoung1 (talk) 09:02, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- This is the part that was a problem: "Pyeongchon Library is doing its best to become a lifelong educational institution that improves citizens' lives and quality by securing 150,000 books, 150 magazines, various daily newspapers, and 2,000 electronic materials to provide the best quality information as an information culture center in line with the 21st century knowledge and information age."
- You can restore those edits if you correct this mistakes that I have explained to you. Thank you. Ground Zero (talk) 09:05, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- Are you going to correct the errors that I explained to you? Ground Zero (talk) 09:07, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- Yes, I modified it. Hayoung1 (talk) 09:08, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- You made it very bland. It's perfectly ok to state the numbers of different items the library owns. I don't think you have fully understood the difference between description and touting. Is it a little clearer now? Ikan Kekek (talk) 09:18, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- Could you link the current version of that listing, please, or the section of the article it's in? Ikan Kekek (talk) 23:23, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- Are you talking about Anyang Citizen Pyeongchon Library??
- I have been extracting from the contents of the link.

- I mean that I would like to see the current Wikivoyage listing for it. It wasn't that easy to find while I was using my cellphone, but I found it easily now that I'm on my computer. The current listing is actually fine, but why don't you re-add that it has 150,000 books, which seems impressive? Ikan Kekek (talk) 01:38, 23 December 2025 (UTC)
- I have added that there is a large volume of books. I have added an excerpt from the link I have posted above. Thank you for the comments. Hayoung1 (talk) 01:43, 23 December 2025 (UTC)

@Hayoung1, Hanyangprofessor2: I repeat:
You did not make these corrections, so I will remove your edits again. If you restore them again with your errors, will block you from editing. Ground Zero (talk) 09:36, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- And I can only repeat to the student that communication is important, and repeating the same errors is unacceptable. Hanyangprofessor2 (talk) 11:53, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- Okay, I'll fix it soon, don't block me please. ~2025-42344-86 (talk) 11:57, 22 December 2025 (UTC)

- It seems more efficient to restore and modify my edits to modify them. Do you mind if I proceed with the restoration? I will start editing from now on and continue to modify it. Please do not delete the restoration. Hayoung1 (talk) 14:13, 22 December 2025 (UTC)

- I restored my edit to correct where I did wrong. I was getting feedback that the capitalization and description of the address were incorrect and was correcting it. I would appreciate it if you could unblock it. I'm revising it now. Hayoung1 (talk) 15:21, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
- If you look at the above, I have already received permission for restoration. Please explain what else went wrong in the process of my correction. Hayoung1 (talk) 15:24, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
@Ibaman: Hayoung1 has started to make the necessary corrections. I have removed the block to allow them to continue. Ground Zero (talk) 15:31, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
