To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.
Thanks also for your edits to the Kenya article!
I'd like to encourage you to type an edit summary when you make an edit, especially a very substantive edit like this one, in which you deleted or overwrote a lot of content that could be thought of as putting a place in an unflattering light, thereby fundamentally changing the tone of the article. I'm not suggesting your edits are wrong (nor am I affirming that they're right); I'm merely saying that an explanation would help people to understand why you made the edits.
So what I'd suggest now is for you to please start a new topic at the bottom of the Talk:Kenya page and explain why you made these particular edits.
Thanks again, and please let me know if you have any questions; if so, you can just post a reply below.
All the best,
