Default address parameters
[edit]Hello and thank you for adding content! Just a small thing, but please don't use default address parameters (name of city, state and zip code) in addresses in entries. Only mention the name of the city if it's different from the one covered by the article in question. Thanks a lot.
All the best,

So sorry! I'll be sure to avoid in future entries and work on editing the ones I've done! Thanks for the heads up! I'm a long-time Wikivoyage reader but new to adding content. I hate seeing so many blanks in Oklahoma. VS (talk) 03:11, 28 August 2015 (UTC)

Listings in region articles
[edit]Hello again. I love the great background information you're providing in the Chickasaw Country article, but specific listings normally go in articles for specific towns, not regional articles.
All the best,
Ikan Kekek (talk) 02:18, 8 September 2015 (UTC)
- Oh! Good to know! There were already specific listings when I started adding, so I wasn't sure. Are there certain ones that would normally go in the region page, or should they mostly go away? (I appreciate your help on this) --VS (talk) 02:25, 8 September 2015 (UTC)
- Occasionally, exceptions are made for inns that are so remote they don't make sense to list in the article for the nearest town and stuff like that, but normally, what goes in region articles is an overview with some highlights. Ideally, it's written in prose, without bullets and even more so without listing templates, but with bolding and links to city articles as appropriate and for best readability. - This makes total sense. I'll start reworking this page and remove the listings. Thanks! --VS (talk) 13:00, 8 September 2015 (UTC)
