Just skipping through it, it seems like a pretty good district article, but the problem of the unresolved districting of Chengdu remains. I see that you have yet to comment in the Talk:Chengdu#Districting? thread, which has unfortunately petered out, leaving the unsatisfactory situation of a city being only partly districtified and not in a way agreed upon by a consensus. I think the article looks good, aside from the issue Ikan Kekek mentioned. have made some small formatting changes. I added a question about the emergency number for "doctors". Is that the number I call to get an ambulance? Also, I am not clear what you mean by "all day". Do you mean from "sunrise to sunset", or "24 hours"? Those phrases are clearer for readers. There is a lot of good stuff in the article, but still plenty of scope for improvement. The districting of Chengdu needs to be resolved, In the meantime, I have added Longquanyi to East Sichuan, and added IsPartOf so the article appears somewhere in the breadcrumbs. The Connect section should be split into Connect for the library and Stay Safe for the hospitals and police. The Eat listings could have a little description of the sort of food on offer and I am not sure what the prices in the drink listings refer to - would be better as "entry ¥100", or "glass of wine ¥100" or whatever.
