
The Most Beautiful Villages of France (Les Plus Beaux Villages de France) is a French association created to promote the tourist value of small rural villages rich of a notable heritage. In September 2021, it had 164 members (whole communes or villages dependent on one). The membership obeys a certain number of selective criteria, defined in the statutes of the association, and proposes a program of enhancement and tourist communication.
