Karnataka visas?

Can you explain what visas you referred to? It is also odd to need a disclaimerbox for relations inside a country. Can you explain?

- I think that can be left for articles on those restricted areas (Karnataka if the permits are handled there, but I saw no such section), and there is no need to tell why the permits are to be had from the state the area belongs to.
