See WV:Small city article template. None of the primary sections shown there should be normally subordinated to other sections, and in unusual cases where they should be, the way to do it is never to add equals signs and make existing sections disappear from the table of contents in mobile mode, so stop doing that (why were you doing it?) and restore any such section headers you fiddled with. (cc @Ikan Kekek:) Hello, you were given a 48-hour grace period since Ikan's message on the pub, yet you failed to respond. As such, you've been blocked indefinitely on this site until you can answer the following questions, which you have so far repeatedly ignored so far. You will not be unblocked until you can answer the following questions, properly:

1. You claim to have read Wikivoyage:Welcome, event organizers: however, when did you inform the community as per policy?
2. Where is your coordination page (on Meta), so the community knows what the true intentions of your event are?
3. Who trained you on how to edit on Wikivoyage?
4. Why have you repeatedly refused to answer any of Ikan Kekek's or my questions on the pub, and also playing dumb about it?

To be clear, the rest of your group is fine, nor is it a "new user issue", it's your conduct that's problematic. And why you felt the need to lie about having read the policy is beyond me (if you really did read it when Ikan told you so, you would have followed the steps on that page, even if it's late).
