Greeting

[edit]

Hello, Brobrother! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. New users are also welcome to post any questions or concerns to the arrivals lounge. If you want some practice editing, please do so on our graffiti wall. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here. If you want to contribute with information about the place where you live, see Wikivoyage:Welcome, locals. Pashley (talk) 08:46, 16 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

Listings

[edit]

Hi, Brobrother, and thanks for all you do! When you add listings, like you did in these edits, please use all fields in the Wikivoyage:Listings template, do not delete blank fields, and don't include default address information (in this case, Cainta, 1900 Rizal). Thanks again!

Best,

Ikan Kekek (talk) 11:21, 22 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Brobrother, please restore the fields you deleted in these listings, especially the "lastedit" field, which tells reader that the information is current. We have a lot of undated listings that were added as far back as twenty years ago. Undated listings may be deleted on the assumption that they are out of date. Thank you. Ground Zero (talk) 13:44, 26 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
Dude, you have to use listing templates for edits like these. Please stop adding listings without templates. Ground Zero (talk) 12:13, 6 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
I reverted this edit. Use the full template. It is easy. Look at the icons at the top of your edit screen. The little building is for See listings. The bicycle is for Do listings. And so on. If you do that again, I will block you and your other accounts for one week. Ground Zero (talk) 02:16, 14 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

Oas

[edit]

@BroBrother: The map doesn't work if the article doesn't have any listings with lat/long coordinates. Look at the map on Oas. It looks stupid, doesn't it? Why would you put something like that in a Wikivoyage article? And why are you ignoring the advice that Ikan Kekek and I provided you on how to contribute constructively in Wikivoyage. Are you trying to be disruptive?

Please fix your errors, or you may be blocked from editing. Ground Zero (talk) 17:37, 7 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

I have removed the useless map and the incomplete templates at Oas. Please use the full templates instead of wasting your time and mine. Ground Zero (talk) 03:52, 8 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
Also, @CarlessParking:, what did I tell you last week about sticking to one account? I don't want to have to do this, but I'm going to block both your secondary accounts, please stick to using that account only. //shb (t | c | m) 02:47, 14 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
